Love the buggy, bright, colourful and easy to put up and down, reasonable price as well!
Only downside was slight problem with delivery but worth the wait!

Absolutely amazing! I will happily buy Cosatto over and over again in the future. My pram broke and when I contacted them they came and collected it the next day and sent me a brand new pram within 3 days! I am over the moon and amazed by the customer service! Thankyou Cosatto! Amazing service x

Exactly what I was looking for. This is our 4th child - we used Cosatto seats for our twins and we’re delighted with this the first place we looked when baby number 4 needed the next stage. It’s exactly as described, fits the car perfectly and my daughter loves it.

Sleeping bag looks good however after washing at 30 degrees for 1st wash before use, it shrunk and is now no use (I ordered the 1.5 to 3 year).
I ordered this on 3rd Feb and it was eventually delivered on 1st April!! (Next day delivery was in the order confirmation).
Won't be ordering again!

I haven’t received my order yet

I ordered a new buggy on Tuesday, I had all of the confirmation that it would arrive Wednesday. It didn’t turn up. I called and was promised it would come Thursday. It still didn’t turn up. I rang 5 times and was cut off each time.
I called Friday and was promised it would be looked into and I’d be called back in half an hour. I called 3 hours later as no one had called me back and was promised a call that afternoon. No one called me back.
It’s now Sunday and I still don’t have my new buggy, so no idea if it’s good or not, and no one one from cosatto has bothered to call me so I have no idea when it’s coming.
Absolutely dreadful customer service, so disappointing.

Ordered the fox giggle pram last March, took a while to be delivered but was extremely happy when it arrived. I have daily comments from complete strangers to family & friends telling me how beautiful my pram is & how it's nice to see such a bold colourful one. My daughter enjoys looking at the foxes inside to. We walk miles everyday & it's the most effortless pram I have ever had. I most recently ordered the matching footmuff & once again I'm really happy with the quality & design. I have highly recommended this brand to anyone who has asked

Love the pushchair, feels nice to push looks amazing. However the seat is alot smaller than I thought it would be, when the foot rest is down the seat is tiny, I got this for my 22 month old as she has only just grown out of her pram so maybe brought it too late? I chose this one based on the weight that it holds and thaught it would last until she's 3/4, now I'm not sure if she will fit in for that long. compared to other brands of pushchairs that my friends have the actual seat is alot smaller although there much difference if you compare the measurements that come up online. If I was able to go in to the shops to visually compare I maybe wouldn't have gotten this one for my toddler..
